What is FSN Acupuncture treatment specifically ?The FSN modern Acuouncture technique is to relax the area where there are tightened muscles, or small areas of acute pain called trigger points. In the treatment of pain symptoms, especially acute pain, FSN can almost instantly relieve the pain after inserting the needle or upon finishing the manipulation.FSN works by influencing the fascia, more specifically collagen and elastin fibres within the fascia. The mechanism for acupuncture is the same, however collagen fibres are most abundant in the subcutaneous layer and therefore FSN may have a more powerful effect since it has the ability to influence more of these fibres in the fascia due to the way it is manipulated. Since Fascia and muscle have an extremely close relationship, trigger points are very effectively released even when located in deeper muscles such as the Psoas or quadratus lumborum for example. Tightened muscles (TM) and Myofascial Trigger Points (MTrPs), which are commonly associated with pain. Myofascial Trigger Points are described as hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with palpable nodules in taut bands of muscle fibres. Spontaneous Electrical Activity (SEA), one of the MTrP features, can be recorded easily by electromyographers.; Therefore, it can produce an incredible pain relieving effect. For some acute pain condition, such as muscular and ligaments strains, tennis elbow, or acute back pain, it can have almost instant pain-relieving results. FSN needle is a disposable dry needle which consists of a solid stainless-steel needle and a casing soft pipe. The needle is accurate delivered into subcutaneous level by an applicator device. Once the needle is in subcutaneous level, the needle tip is withdrawn and rest into the casting tube, then a left-right swipe manipulation, like windscreen swipe, is performed. After a few minutes’ manipulation, the tightened muscles will be relaxed and in most of cases, the pain caused by tightened muscles will decrease or disappear. The subcutaneous layer can be twitched by mechanical forces, so FSN relieves pain fast and quickly than traditional acupuncture. Our patients describe the FSN as “magical needle”. Based on Tightened Muscles theories, FSN has been extended to other medical conditions, such as chronic non-productive dry cough, constipation, dizziness, weak bladder, periods pain, or avascular necrosis etc.

For sisters who had a miscarriage we strongly recommend to have a good nutrition diet with multivitamins everyday, believe me it will make a difference to your body. Avoid eating too much of carbs and spices e.g. rice, spice and red meat. Some shiekhs recommend for a woman after giving birth to wait at least 2 years before planning to get pregnant, because the body needs to fully recover and so on. You can try hijama after 6 months of your miscarriage (depending on what the doctor says and your situation), please make sure you are eating well and you do not need to fast before doing hijama. If you just ate we recommend for you to wait at least 2-3 hours before the hijama treatment.

Are you pumping out all of my blood!?One thing you have to understand is that the blood that comes out is from the surface of the skin, it is not from the mainstream. If you are thinking your blood system only contains hemoglobin, platelets, plasma and white blood cells you are wrong, there are so many other junks that fly around in your body such as dead blood cells, blood clots, different toxins and pathogens and others. Different people’s body gives different responses, sometimes hardly anything comes out from a person’s skin and that is not a bad thing. Because the cuts are very light the body heals the area very quick and automatically the blood stops coming out. We constantly analyze the patient if they are feeling well or not. Only in paradise you will be 100% pure and clean !.

Does wet cupping (hijama) hurt?Well it depends on the individual’s pain threshold; so far most of the patients we have treated did not feel pain. Some felt light pain and others felt very ticklish and they started to giggle/laugh, which we found a bit worrying (joking). The reason why they were laughing is because their skin is more sensitive. People build a huge mental image inside their head of a blade with red blood and they automatically feel scared. The best way we can describe the blade cuts is that it is not deep cuts, probably lighter than a paper cut and several small cuts are made on the surface of the skin. There is nothing to be scared of, we are sure there are people out there who are going through bigger pains in life.
