Appointments : If you have an appointment at the Shifa Active Health Clinic please turn up on time.If you are more than 15 minutes late and do not contact us beforehand to let us know the reason you may not be seen. Cancellations and/or re-arranging the appointment must be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise the full appointment fee will be applicable.
